About Ashley

Your Postpartum Recovery Specialist, Helping new moms heal, adjust, and thrive after birth

Why I Do This Work

Bringing a baby home is a life-changing experience, but postpartum recovery can feel overwhelming. Between healing, learning how to care for a newborn, and managing all the emotional and physical changes, it’s easy to feel like no one prepared you for this part of motherhood.

I’ve spent years supporting new moms through this transition, helping them navigate postpartum recovery with confidence. I know how frustrating it can be to deal with unexpected challenges—whether it’s physical healing, breastfeeding struggles, sleep deprivation, or just the sheer weight of responsibility that comes with a newborn.

Postpartum isn’t something you should have to figure out alone. With the right support, this phase of motherhood can feel a lot less overwhelming and a lot more empowering.

My Approach to Postpartum Support

Every mom’s postpartum experience is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. That’s why I focus on practical, evidence-based support that meets you where you are.

My approach is rooted in:

Postpartum is a time of major change, but it doesn’t have to feel chaotic or isolating. With the right support, you can recover, adjust, and step into motherhood with confidence.
